C-TICK, SAA, AS/NZS Electronic products

1. Electronic products exported to Australia must be C-TICK certified and only tested for electromagnetic compatibility.

1. Introduction: It should be an Australian safety certification. Australia has a catalogue of mandatory safety certifications. All products in the catalogue are exported to Australia. In addition to C-TICK certification, it must be Apply for Australian safety certification. The issuing agencies include SAA, Australia SGS, and Australian state governments.

2. Certification Operation Process. The products are tested according to AS/NZS (Australian and New Zealand standards) and only the safety regulations are tested. The standard content is basically the same as the corresponding IEC report. The report is submitted to the SAA for review. After the approval, the SAA company will issue the certificate and the certificate information can be found on the SAA website.

3. Precautions: For products using external power supplies, such as LED panel lights and downlights for external power supplies, the external power supply is required to have a separate SAA certification. If not, the power supply must also be applied for SAA certification, and the price is doubled.
