The safety requirements GB 7000.5-2005/IEC 60598-2-3:2002 for road and street lighting fixtures

The safety requirements for road and street lighting fixtures (GB 7000.5-2005/IEC 60598-2-3:2002) were proposed by the China National Light Industry Council.

Range definition for Lamp:

1. Jumper: The cable between the main supports bears the weight of the entire unit. Note: The entire unit can include several fixtures, power cables and cables (cables).

2. Suspension line: A cable that is attached to the jumper to withstand the weight of the luminaire.

3. Locking line: A tensioning cable between the main support members to limit the lateral movement and rotation of the suspended luminaire.

4. Column-type composite luminaire: The illuminator combines the illumination system formed in the lamp post, and the lamp post is fixed on the ground.

5. A reflective component or an exterior decorative component of a column-type composite luminaire: a device that reflects light in a fixed direction, or a device that is mounted outside the lamp cavity for decoration purposes (usually on top of a column-type luminaire).

6. Lamp post: A support that holds one or more luminaires, including one or more components: a post, possibly a splice (if needed), a bracket. Pillars with overhanging lighting are not included.

7. The nominal height of the column-type synthetic luminaire: the column-type composite luminaire rooted on the ground, refers to the distance between the center line of the external component loading and the expected ground plane, and the column synthesis with flange Luminaire refers to the distance between the centerline of the external component loading and the bottom of the flange.

8. Door-to-door composite luminaire : an opening in the column of a column-type composite lamp to provide access to electrical equipment.

9. Cable entry trough for column-type composite luminaires: The opening of the components below the floor of the column-type composite luminaire for the purpose of introducing cables.

10. Junction box for column-type luminaire: Box containing terminal block: A protective device that connects the column-type luminaire to the power source and connects the power cable loop.

11. Tunnel luminaire: A tunnel luminaire that is mounted directly to or through a bracket to a tunnel wall or ceiling.
