Saudi Arabia SASO certification

1.Introduction: 

Products exported to Saudi Arabia require mandatory SASO certification. The certificate is generally issued by international agencies such as SGS, BV, Intertek, etc. And we mainly cooperate with them.

2.Certificate Operation Process:

The customer provides at least 2 samples, which are tested by the CNAS accredited laboratory in accordance with IEC standards and a test report is issued. The test report is submitted to the SGS or BV for review. After passing the test, the engineer will be arranged to go to the factory for inspection. After the inspection, the certificate will be issued.

Please note that the certification must be carried out before shipment of the product. The certificate is one-off and the report is valid for one year

Quotation and period

IEC test report fee is determined according to the specific product based on the product model. if the shipment has different products, each product must have IEC report (now need to do CB first) Certification).light source products (such as spotlights, bulbs, corn lamps, etc.) export also need to do Saudi energy efficiency based on model.
