The quality inspection report is to successfully enter sell platforms or supermarket for product safety, performance testing and consumer reference standards, which is based on the three-level standards (national standards, ministerial standards and the company's own standards), to assess the quality and find out the reason of qualified or unqualified product by test data.

Step 1:Application Acceptance
· After receiving the application, the certification body will send a notice of acceptance to the applicant, and inform the applicant to send the relevant documents and materials.
· At the same time, the certification body sends the relevant fees.

· After making payments, and fill in the payment proof.
Step 3: Sample Receiving
• Samples are sent directly to the designated testing agency by the applicant.
· After payment, fill in the payment proof as required.
· The inspection organization will check the sample, fill in the sample acceptance report, and send a notice for the unqualified sample, and then change the sample confirmed report after rectification.
· After the sample is accepted, it provides the sample testing schedule and reports to the certification body.
· After receiving testing schedule and real payment, it will sent a notice the sample will be began to formal test.
Step 4: Sample Testing
· According to the sample test, parts and technical materials to know the process of test. If the sample has any unqualified item and will sent the rectification notice.
· After the sample test completed, the testing organization fills in result of the sample test.
The testing organization also transmits this test reports to the certification body.
Step 5: Certificate Collection
