        Chinese exporters and traders need to apply to SASO in advance and obtain the IECEE Recognition Certificate (SIRC).The Saudi CoC test also requires the client to provide the SIRC certificate.In particular, the application for SIRC requires the provision of valid CB certificates and product test reports, and the CB certificates and reports must be conducted and issued in the laboratory accredited by IECEE CB.

        To avoid delay in customs clearance, Chinese exporters and traders should apply for the SIRC certificate as soon as possible.If the product has not obtained the CB certificate and the report, the manufacturer shall apply to the approved CB laboratory as soon as possible.
