The European commission noted that LED lamps and similar products sold in Europe must be labeled ce certification labels (in accordance with the low voltage directive 2006/95/ec and emc directive 2004/108/ ec).Recently, the requirement has been changed.The latest low voltage directive (LVD) was released on 29 March 2014 (LVD) by the eu official gazette (LVD). This directive will replace the original low voltage directive 2006/95/ ec.

        The new directive 2004/35 /eu compared to the original directive 2006/95/ec mainly updated the following contents:

        1, the instruction to adopt new legislation framework (NFL) (ec) 765/2008 (recognition activities and market supervision) and 768/2008 / ec (universal framework for the sales of the products), has been clear about the manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers and distributors (generally referred to as the economic operators) job requirements;

        2. The definition of "manufacturer", "importer", "distributor" and "authorized representative" shall be added.(for example, conformance marks, labels and product traceability);

        3. In order to facilitate the information exchange between consumers, market supervision bureau and economic operators, the new directive encourages economic operators to provide a network address except for the communication address;

        4. It is clear that the conformity assessment is mainly in the responsibility of the manufacturer, and the conformity assessment process is not required by the public announcement mechanism.

        5. Specify that technical documents shall include adequate risk analysis and assessment;

        6. Specified detailed market supervision, the handling of hazardous electrical products and the post-mortem protection process;

        7, manufacturers and importers name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and address must appear on the device, when the nature of the device size or does not allow to appear on the packaging or user manual;

        8, the new directive rules when found ce mark, ce conformity declaration manufacturers, technical documents or information is not in conformity with the requirements, manufacturers and importers shall take timely corrective action to correct nonconformities.Otherwise, the relevant member states will take measures to restrict or prohibit the sale of products in the market and ensure that the products sold have been recalled from the market.

        9. The member states shall formulate punishment rules applicable to the laws of member states that violate the directive, including criminal penalties for serious violations.

        The CE certification test for LED lamps provides a uniform technical specification for the trade in European markets, simplifying the trade procedure.

        LED lamps and lanterns of CE certification test project (product of lamps and lanterns are the same standard) the main testing point has the following five aspects: EMC - EN55015, EMC EN61547, LVD EN60598, if is made EN61347 with rectifier LVD generally, EN61000-3-2/3 (harmonic).CE certification QQ = 2861-6362-68
