Application for certification
The organization shall have the following basic conditions:
(1) an organization with an independent legal person qualification or an independent legal person;
(2) establish a documented quality management system according to the requirements of iso 9001:2008;
(3) it has been operating according to the documented system for more than three months and has conducted at least one management review and internal quality system audit according to the requirements of the documents prior to the certification review;
