IEC report

IEC currently has 60 members.It's called the IEC national council.Each country can only have one institution as its member.IEC members are divided into two categories, one is a formal member, one is accepted as an IEC member in the name of the national committee, actively participates in IEC activities and has the right to vote.To be a member of the IEC, the commission must declare open to all governments or non-governmental organisations interested in participating in IEC activities.Another group of members is a collaboration member.Due to limited resources, it only participates in part of the activity.They can participate in all IEC meetings as observers, but without voting rights.And a name is pre collaboration members, the IEC central office or a neighboring IEC national commission to help to establish a national committee members, they can be members of the collaboration of IEC in five years.
