Concept of cems system
CEMS is Continuous Emission Monitoring System, refers to the atmospheric pollution emissions of gaseous pollutants and particles concentration and total Continuous Monitoring and real-time transmission of information to the competent department of plant, referred to as "flue gas automatic Monitoring System", which is also called "Continuous Monitoring System for flue gas emissions" or "flue gas on-line Monitoring System.CEMS is composed of gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, particle monitoring subsystem, smoke parameter monitoring subsystem, data acquisition and processing and communication subsystem. The gas pollutant monitoring subsystem is mainly used to monitor the concentration and total emission of gaseous pollutants SO2 and NOx.The particle monitoring subsystem is mainly used to monitor the concentration and total emission of soot. The monitoring subsystem of flue gas is mainly used to measure flue gas velocity, flue gas temperature, flue gas pressure, oxygen content, flue gas humidity, etc., which can be used to calculate the total amount of emission and the related concentration.Data collection and processing and communication subsystem consists of data collector and computer system, real-time acquisition of various parameters, generate the corresponding density of dry, wet and reduced concentration, generating daily, monthly, annual accumulated emissions, complete loss of data real-time transmission to the competent department in charge of compensation and statements. The smoke test is developed from the cross - flue opaque dust meter, the beta - ray dust detector to the insert backscattering infrared light or laser dust-measuring instrument and the former scattering, side scattering, electric energy measuring instrument and so on.According to the sampling method, CEMS can be divided into three technologies: direct measurement, extraction measurement and remote sensing.
Flue gas: it refers to the waste gases produced by enterprises during production, including: SO2, NOx, particulate matter, oxygen content, temperature, humidity, flow rate, etc.
Emissions: the process by which an enterprise releases emissions from production into the atmosphere.
Continuous: refers to the enterprise's emission is a continuous process and the real-time monitoring of the system is also a continuous process.
Monitoring: the system can monitor the harmful substances in the waste gases emitted by enterprises in real time and automatically transmit real-time monitoring data to the higher authorities.
System: the hardware and control software of this product is a whole.
Direct extraction of flue gas CEMS
Flue gas by the front-end filled with filter material moisture and prevent the flue gas in the pipeline condensation heat, heat preservation device of sample tube and airway, overall in 120 ~ 160 ℃, the temperature control in flue gas moisture in the flue gas can be removed before entering the analyzer quickly, the flue gas temperature cooled to 15 ℃ or less, or lower than the environment temperature of 11 ℃, then determination of CEMS.
Dilute extraction of gas CEMS
Through the front end of the flue gas, the "constant current dilution probe" and the guide pipe are filled through the filter, and the flue gas diluted by pure air is entered into the CEMS that the analyzer is measured.
Live flue gas CEMS
A CEMS that is inserted directly into a flue or tube installed at the front end of the probe or a photoelectric sensor or emitted a beam of light through a flue or pipe to measure the flue gas.
